Intuition is the key to finding your success formula. For me, intuition is the connection with the subconscious. Business Constellations
Constellations make the hidden dynamics visible by mapping the relevant elements in space. You discover what movement is needed to create more flow. They can also provide practical answers, for example, about marketing. Depending on the questions, I use family constellations, organizational constellations, marketing constellations, or other types of constellations.
Energy Work
Everything is energy: your body, the table, your thoughts, and even your business. With our senses, we only perceive part of this energy as the visible world around us. But you can sense much more energy than what your five senses pick up. Plus, you can make changes that create positive movement and flow in the physical world.
Embodiment
Your body holds a wealth of information. Sometimes, it feels stuck and limiting, while other times, it’s full of inspiration and energy. By actively involving your body in your personal and business growth, you tap into this valuable information. We also use the body to create movement and let go of what no longer serves us.
Business Knowledge & Experience
With my background as a major in Management & Organization and over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneurial coach, I also bring knowledge about (online) marketing, finance, business growth, outsourcing, collaboration, and business models. This allows intuitive insights to be enriched with practical, hands-on business knowledge.
Visualizations
This method uses images in your minds eye to access information from your subconscious. In a short time, you’ll gain essential insights and inspiration for things like your marketing, mission, or new products. You can also use visualizations to create and bring your ideas to life.
Release Techniques
Sometimes, you get stuck in certain patterns, emotions, or thoughts. Using a release technique like the Sedona Method, you can create more space to welcome flow and tap into your intuition. This also opens up opportunities to take steps toward a successful business.
